The facilities are getting a bit tired.

It is exactly what I expected for a 2.5 star beach hotel. It is well used but I figured it would be.

No comment.

Provided shuttle to airport, allowed us to park our car gratis in the parking garage for a week while we traveled abroad, kitchenette in room, provided an excellent recommendation for dinner.

Hot water slow to room-heater slow to work.

Though the staff was helpful and quick to respond to complaints and needs, it took two days to get the heat turned on in the room (weather was cold and rainy) and it would take from 7-15 minutes for hot water to reach the shower and lavatory. Older, bit run down.

Hotel lobby is nice, but room was older, stale and a bit run down. Concierge was very helpful and provided lots of brochures and information.

Room needed a paint job and some fixing up.

Good hotel for families. Needs some repair work on the rooms but the rooms were clean. Room had a microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishes and silverware in it.
